Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on all UK orders.

All orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days, Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders received on weekends will be processed the following business day.

The estimated delivery time is 2 - 3 working days from dispatch within the UK.

Deliveries may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances on the part of our delivery partners, including destination customs clearance processes. Anaxa Fashion can assume no liability in such cases.

Anaxa Fashion will not be responsible for the payment of any Import Duty/Tax/VAT under any circumstances.

Please ensure you provide us with the correct delivery address as it is not possible to amend this once your parcel is in transit.
