Refund policy

In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return order up to 28 days from delivery of the order (with the exception of Gift Cards and personalised items).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Faulty Item

We make every effort to inspect your item prior to dispatch. All items returned as faulty will be inspected upon receipt, any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the items were faulty when delivered to you.

We recommend using a recorded service to return your order as we do not accept responsibility for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit. Please note we do not refund shipping costs, taxes or duties incurred if you live outside of the EU.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Unfortunately we do not currently offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Colours

We aim to display our products as accurately as possible on our website. However, we cannot guarantee that colours will be displayed exactly as they appear on your computer, tablet or mobile devices.
